Nitrolympx Hockenheim

After all the troubles earlier this season we were anxious to start racing in Hockenheim. We couldn't find the right setup for our new combination at Mantorp, so we hoped to get it done this weekend.

During the first 3 qualifying runs we did't manage to get the car down the track. Danny had major tyreshakes and wheelspin ... Amazing how the new combination reacts completely different as the one we had before. This means starting all over again. In the 4th qualifying run the cap of the oiltank came off in the burn-out and the car spoiled some oil on the track. Danny was shut off during staging. So we had to go into eleminations with still a lot of question marks.

On Sunday we were out against Jurgen Nagel. Danny had the better reaction, but already after the burnout he noticed low oil pressure, so he got off the throttle after 1000 feet. Nice run for Nagel with a 5,94 and a 6,21 for Danny. We are definitely moving in the right direction. Next weekend we will be in Drachten to make some testruns.
